Well it does matter because the state police enforce state laws. which is why cops in Colorado aren’t arresting people for Marijuana....if we had Federal Traffic laws we would need Federal Traffic Cops.

Interstate highway is Interstate commerce. State police still patrol those roads so what’s your point? There are no federal traffic cops...unless you are on federal land like a national forest.

We are United States, States make Rules and Laws for them self. The Fed isn’t our primary form of government the States are. The Fed is for Defence and Regulating interstate commerce.

my STi spends most its time on snow and ice,and its the better car for that. why get awd if you spent that much time on dry pavement.
