I would agree that it is a better metric than 0-60. However, every owner of the new GT500 won’t care about this. Unfortunately all they will care about is 1/4 mile times, how loud it is, can it do donuts in the middle of the street, and if its faster than a Chevy.
and acceleration past 2nd gear. my car makes more power in third than second due to the load and my turbo etc...
I think it’d be cool to see a 0-100-0 distance become a standard performance metric. Time doesn’t offer much resolution as a measurement for braking.
