I do too,I get it annoys some people but when it snows like it does here fliping up the wipers helps......last storm we saw 6-8in an hour and this or more is fairly normal...after sitting at work for 8 hours it adds up. Much easier to scrap the ice and all the area around the front of the hood under the wipers.
