As much as I’m a huge fan of sandwiches and cold cuts, I don’t think I could justify the savings to buy a slicer like that. It’s a big fucking piece of equipment, and I don’t want to buy a whole deli ham or turkey chub to slice it myself. I’d be trading huge variety for monotony & a bit of savings.
