Lea and Perrins is fine. Things heavy on tamarind without masking the flavor with other very strong things is a no go.

The only thing that comes to mind is tamarand(sp?). pretty much every other sauce ive tasted is fine.

I've toured several steel smelters, mills, etc and they all use electricity as far as I've seen. Usually big carbon arc furnaces. I'm not sure how that would transition to H.
