It sucks to get attached and then watch a good show get cancelled...that probably makes me part of the problem, but I can live with that as long as I don’t have to waste time watching a show that will only be around for one season from now on.

I’ve seen straight ally activists identify as belonging to the queer community because they would also be affected if their LGBT family members’ rights are attacked, that’s fine with me. Otherwise, it sounds like people are making judgements on others’ romantic/sexual history.
