I don’t watch or particularly like SNL these days but I think it should just go on forever.

They really held back with the teasers. The whole episode was so rich and inventive. All the animated marginalia and cutaways felt like living in the comics’ visual style, and every beat was so full of Kamala’s inner and outer lives. They have something really special. It’s a delight to see the characters and Jersey…
They did reveal in the show that Scott Lang has a podcast, so I’m assuming he’s gone over a lot of the stuff he was directly involved with on it. Possibly even interviewed other heroes on it.

It’s refreshing and empowering to finally see some positive media representation for a people as maligned, mischaracterized and misunderstood as people from New Jersey.

I think my favorite throwaway joke was Peter Pan saying he was going to get away with using the Men’s Warehouse slogan. Almost like the writers winking that the mouse lawyers will get them whatever reference they need lol.

If Che does indeed leave after this season, Sarah would be the obvious choice to replace him on Update. She and Colin have good chemistry and I think her loud, brazen energy would bring something fresh to the segment.
Lordy, this was such a half-assed episode. Sarah may have flubbed, but she brought ENERGY, the only bright spot for me in the entire evening.
You know, Kelly did canonically get a job as a weathergirl.
Maybe she turned that into a gig as an anchorwoman.
