That’s probably what happened. Games marketplaces fluctuations are a thing. You can go from making a ton money and quit your daytime job just to find yourself in financial trouble a few weeks later when virtual crap loses its value.

If that were the case he wouldn’t have been able to get into the rent in the first place. It’s not easy to rent in japan, you have to prove income and pay a huge deposit upfront and even then the landlords are very picky and often refuse to rent.

Nice graphics on the side of the console but those logos are really ugly and too prominent.

Even if you launch only when you play the game, a lot of them have hidden running services either for updating or anticheat. When you install one of those you give them full privileges on your PC.

I have 32 gigs of ram yes. Problem with launchers is they launch crap at startup you don’t want, they spy on you, update themselves randomly, show notifications and popups you don’t need, bug you with you changes in terms and services not to mention fucking logins and passwords you gotta remember or recover every once…

So that would be 2 extra launchers?

I’m not interested in installing another launcher just for one free game. I have exactly 1 launcher on my PC and that’s one too many but I have no choice.

Trash users and hackers are one of the reasons I’m not getting this “free” game.

It was a really good show. Got a bit slow around the part the pastor went nuts and naked or something and the finale was meh, but it was amazingly well written.
