    Well, unfortunately I don't work there anymore, and the company "merged" with (read: was taken over by) their main competitor shortly after I left, and that company has a reputation for being not as cool for that sort of stuff.

    Fortunately, that news station (KATU) has a great reputation for helping out folks in these situations. They have a segment called "KATU Problem Solvers" which takes on these things. It makes for good news and goodwill for the station, and the consumer gets what's due to boot.

    This is why I use Chrome with the Flashblock and Adblock add-ins. The only videos that play on websites are the ones I intentionally click on. And I don't even see most of the annoying ads.
