Oh, I gotcha. Yeah, I know enough about Kim Dotcom to know that "racing" for him is "driving" for the rest of us, albeit driving recklessly.

I see what you did there...

Nothing fishy (with the video anyway). That's pretty standard practice for producing a video. I imagine they racked up dozens of laps to get the shoot you see above.

Meh. I've seen Canadian RCMP in British Columbia pull over cars on the highway using the same method. Pulling over a supercar who is basically already stopped pales in comparison to pulling over a Subaru travelling at 70+mph.

According to CSI, they have a database full of that stuff.

But but but...that's what they do on CSI!

If you have an RSS reader, you don't have to...

No worries, when reading comments you read from the top down, so in reality I came to yours first.

Lots of silicone sealant on the electrics.

That's exactly what I was thinking. This definitely looks like a bug near the lens. I can't believe there's even a question. Anyone who's seen a fly or gnat flying around will recognize the behavior.

Never never never ever put your hands on the roof while rolling. I know it's instinct, but do try. It could have been even worse here, due to the massive hole in the roof.

Matt, might I suggest a new license plate for your ride: WHINNING

Seconded. I'll keep my (relatively) tiny salary, small house, old cars, loving wife, and beautiful child.

There must be more you want from life.

    PCU reference for the win.

Glad I'm not the only one who thought of that at first.

Well, I don't see any problems here. I mean, part of the "Track Xperience" is the occasional shunt. You gotta expect it, which is why I always say you should consider your car totaled the moment you drive it onto the track.

Torque gets you going, HP keeps you going. My 102hp Honda can go 110mph pretty easily, but it takes a long time to get there, as the 1.5l 4 makes dismal torque.

    Agree 100%
