There are a couple of states where it is still legal at that gestational age, but the providers that I know that provide those services typically won’t terminate at that gestational age unless there are serious medical issues.

Depends on the state. Some have a 20 week limit, others 24. I don't know any providers in the country that provide terminations after 24 weeks without a genetic diagnosis or structural birth defects that are not compatible with life.
