I just saw those episodes this week!  She was SO good.

My sister had 2 Buffs who were THE SWEETEST! Her Millies are sweet but very smart...always figuring out how to get in places they shouldn’t :)

Mille Fleur’s are so pretty!  My sister has had all the chicken breeds as pets over the years (one of her kids is allergic to anything with fur).  They’re such personable pets.  What other breeds do you have?

I periodically go watch compilations of the best MK snark on YouTube.  I miss him!

I loved El Barco!  I admit I couldn’t take the last season and just read the descriptions (I was binging over 2 days and got bored), but it was SO entertaining.

Here we’ve got Qdoba and Chipotle.  Every time I’ve eaten at Chipotle (3 times) I’ve gotten severe digestive issues.  I’ve eaten at Qdoba probably 30 times with no problems.  They’re VERY similar, and I’ve gotten the same thing at both, basic chicken, rice, cheese burrito.  My husband has an iron stomach and even he

My first thought was vegetation.  Even the ‘tail’ makes sense as a trailing stalk or root.

You should send it the Best of Nextdoor on Twitter. Seeing how stuff escalates around the country is so entertaining.

My husband said the interns at his job (College seniors or grad students) look like children to him now. We’re both mid-40’s. I’ve noticed that myself. We’ve both wondered if that perspective shift just doesn’t happen for some people, because neither of us can even imagine dating someone 20 years younger.

I’ve got an 8’ x 4’ dog kennel with roof and a big run made out of metal 5’ tall dog playpen fencing with a gate for me. The run has digable dirt, as wire is buried 6” down. The kennel area has a paver floor (good for naturally keeping nails dull), a tunnel, tree stump, and multiple benches for jumping on/hiding

I’ve had my 2 (sisters) 8-ish years. Bunnies were almost 1 year when I adopted them. Mine have what I call bunny Disneyland. An outdoor setup that’s huge and fun. I live in the PNW so a mild climate.

Best wishes!  No experience traveling with bunnies, though I have 2 myself.  Is yours trained to a harness/leash?

I did NOT attend a 2 yo’s B-day party. I belong to a group for random socializing (lunches, walks, etc). A year after I joined 2 members had babies. Now there are 6 babies.  So many baby activities now.  I am super done with little kid stuff (my kids are 17 and 20).

I can’t wait!  Love him.  He had a small but hilarious part in The Spy Who Dumped Me.

My husband has the same thing.  He hasn’t had any removed because he’ll just get more. The ones that bug him aren’t the visible ones anyway.

I’m in a vote by mail state. We get a big voter book explaining all the candidates and positions, and our ballots, weeks before Election Day. Plenty of time to read and think about and fill out the ballot.  New this year, you don’t even need to put a stamp on it to put it in the mail.  Last year, primary turnout was

I immediately got hung up on that.  I REALLY miss those 90’s fruity/flower fragrances.  Now it all smells like perfume :(

Beautiful writing Sheena, thank you.

I’ve been alternately binging the podcast 99% Invisible and bombing my family with all the cool facts I’ve learned, and reading a trans superhero series by April Daniels. The books are SO GOOD and I’m not even into superhero stuff.  It’s also set in Seattle, so it’s a local read.

We’ve named our pets for herbs (basil, parsley, oregano, etc) or plants (holly, juniper, etc). Occasionally a cat comes with a name that just fits and we’re stuck with it. We adopted an older cat, Kippy, which was weird but fit the cat.
