One of them in my home town is across the street from a Walmart AND Home Depot. # MERICA!

Bahahahahahaahaha awesome! Reminds me of my dream of creating a minivan racing series for the LOL.

He Also was part of the Saleen-Allen SCCA race team with the Saleen RRR Mustang

With how bad most government offices are here in New Mexico the DMV is not to bad. Granted I haven’t done anything like out of state cars or kit car registration but every time I have gone in I get taken care of slowly but no major issues. Granted I do fear getting the ole “New Mexico Is not a state” when I move to

I just noticed the black shelby cobra on this picture.

What is the old saying “never meet your heroes” man this hits close to home, as a teen I LOVED the F355 and always wanted a Fly yellow Spider or GTS.

Two dealers here in Albuquerque had a Boss 302 at MSRP when they were in showrooms. Which was shocking since they usually go crazy with market adjustment.

They started service and major production in ‘06 for the USAF version. My hometowns 58th SoW was the 1st unit to reach IOC for the USAF.

I cannot wait for the US Army aviation one. Biggest helicopter fleet in the world! Plus quite a few random fixed wing aircraft.

As someone who lives in New Mexico I was shocked at how many lawns are in Socal, I figured they would have embraced “xeriscaping” like the rest of the southwest.

Yep Hood and the other mods had a uphill battle on that one. Themess.net is off to a slow start and not quite up to speed IMHO. I have been posting on the after action review for the moment.

I am kinda shocked by that one since CA is full on “nanny state” IMHO.

Here in New Mexico we have no safety inspections at all beyond a VIN inspection if its a out of state car being registered. One county does have emissions just because half of the states population lives there the rest is spread out in small cities and towns. The logistics of doing safety inspections for all those

They did quite well VS ISA Dagger/Mirage 5s during the Falklands war.

Yep especially with the demise of Militaryphotos.net which used to be the place to get the ground truth about events

Funny everyone says that but it has very low accident to flight hours ratio.

I see them daily here in Albuquerque (58th SoW USAF) and wish I could get a ride. I rode in Blackhawks and Chinooks when I was in the Army and the Osprey so much beyond them.

Logic military’s need the difference to help train for different missions and doctrine. The way the Army “does business” is way different vs the USMC even with them both having rifles and armored vehicles. Pilots skills are not interchangeable and specialized its not like jumping into a car after getting a license.

The Army does own some fixed wing assets but they are small transports and ELINT aircraft (IE the RC-12N aircraft for ELINT and C-23 for transports) They do not have any armed aircraft and recently got screwed over by the USAF for the C-27s transports.

Yep independent Kurdistan should have happened in ‘03.
