My love affair with the YF-23 started the day I saw it on the cover of popular mechanics magazine my dad bought me. We both agreed the 23 was way better looking vs the 22.

That one was a "fizzle" right?
Yep my dad was in west Germany during the mid '70s Right after Vietnam and he always figured he probably would have not have lived to see the 2nd day of hostilities since the Army of that era was a hollow shell and where he was at was the HQ for the 1st Armored (Ansbach) and probably had serious WARPAC firepower aimed…
I love those cannons I hope one day to see them all (I have seen two now the one at my home town Albuquerque (national nuclear science museum) and the Fort Sill Artillery Museum.
No aussie Falcon XR6 I-6 turbo on this list no care.
I love the R33 to me the R34 is a bit overdone.
Meh pretty much any Bugatti does nothing for me. Yes even the classic ones I just don't get the lust even with the history behind them.
That was more the soviet invasion of Manchuria that pushed the Japanese to surrender vs the A-bomb. The Japanese were hoping that the Soviets would mediate a surrender that would be more palatable to the Japanese than total surrender that the US was demanding.
I will have to look up that interview and he is also a member of starfleet
Now I can hate the '58-'60 Tbird even more because Robert S. MacNamara the 2nd worst SECDEF behind Louis A. Johnson was behind it.
Agree 100% what is sad is the 55-57 2 seat birds were slow selling but the 4 seat '58+ sold like hot cakes.
It a ear plug.
Being ex US Army I agree. I would reenlist and deploy in a heartbeat just to have a chance to stop ISIS. I feel like we were stopped from finishing the job and seeing ground hard fought for by my brothers and sisters in arms lost to shitbags like ISIS pisses me off to no end.
The stuff that is going to police wouldn't help much. Contrary to the media the DoD is not giving tanks or strike aircraft to police. Its mostly small arms and MRAPs which wouldn't help a lot since the Jordanian army is small and probably wont be going into Iraq and Syria.
The guy went to Sandhurst and trained with the SAS @ Hereford he is no joke and can take care of himself.
That thing is EPIC. I love it.
Not many pretty much limited to folks owning the handful of civilian market ones and the former members of the USAF 4477th Test and Evaluation Squadron.

Yep here in NM we still have tons of '80s and '90s cars on the road.
