Its a non issue IMHO its just like fuel tank mounted fuel pumps. Those have electrical connection on them (note the spade connectors that go to the fuel pump)

I use the dimmer on every car I own. Most of the time I dim it a few ticks below minimum. Most of my drive is on very dark roads so them at max is just too bright. Plus I stare at computer screens all day of the light hurts my eyes.

I love MKIIIs.A cousin of mine has one. Its a great car he put a HKS HG on it with ARP head bolts and He daily drove it with upped boost on the stock CT-26 turbo for 12 years before the main bearings or rod bearings went.

Incorrect its not the same motor. The Mach1 has Different heads, cams and rotating assembly VS the 99/01 Cobras. The Mach1 while rated less HP is the better motor.
