I work 7:30 - 4:30. I have a protein shake at 6:30 while I am cooking a 3 egg omelette that I eat when I get to work. Have lunch outside at 1 pm and when I get back at 2, there’s only 2.5 hours left in the day. Always have a box of energy bars in my desk.
