You would think that, but I thought if anyone could survive traveling through extremely hot vents it would be the one companion literally made out of metal. That choice didn’t feel super intuitive, RIP Legion.

The description on the comic says “Valve decided to give players who watch the International a virtual vuvuzela. Guess the result.” I think the joke is more about over the top crowd reactions for something mundane like just getting a last hit on a creep.

I’d like to add Half Life Alyx as an honorable mention. VR still has a kinda niche audience, but that game was amazing.

You say that, but I enjoyed the spin off significantly more than SAO itself. It was refreshing to get away from Kirito as the MC for a while. 

What does this mean for Steam OS? I remember hoping that platform would become a way to play any Windows/mac/Linux games on a single machine. At release it wasn’t what I had hoped for, and I didn’t follow development close enough to see where it landed.
