I think there's a real opportunity for companies to sell 3D data files of commonly replaced parts in their products (think battery tab, dial, etc) or for a independent company to setup shop and specialize in this. With 3D printing actually becoming affordable, imagine the following scenario:

It seems to me that you actually believe I have a point but now you are backpedaling because you came off so aggressive and now you are trying to save yourself.

Is there any way you guys can embed videos in their original resolution? I am sure there's a width x height tag in the embed code right? I either have to watch a tiny thumbnail video or go grainy full screen.

I was going to post the same thing. It looks like I am not alone either in wondering what goes on in an Excel competition.

" the phone itself is encased inside a dummy body, furthering the aesthetic mystery. This makes snooping and leaking very difficult, as you're not even sure what you really have your hands on—and that's okay, because Apple just wants to make sure the damn thing can catch a signal."

With all due respect, have you ever been hiking or exercising when it was wet out? I can understand scoffing at the price but to say you'd rather take a garbage bag with you and it'd be equivalent to a weather resistant shell is silly. What's next? Empty Kleenex boxes instead of shoes?

The first thing that the author talks about when referring to Google TV is how great it is as a MUSIC device? Then he repeats it in the third paragraph. We get it, Google TV was a failed experiment but at least keep it on topic. I have no doubt that it can be used to stream music but that's really not what Google *TV*

I read that three times and still am as confused as you are.

I totally agree. I realize that it's cool my smartphone can do all these things but why? It's like when I saw this guy rock out to some hip hop at the supermarket checkout with his phone. No headphones, just holding the phone out and using the 1/2 (?) watt speaker. Why?

You raise a good point.

In your life, how many manifestos or threats of murder have you received? If you were the PUSA or maybe the FBI or Congressman, probably hundreds. I could see how you would want to vet each one since yes, it's a 1:1000 chance someone will actually go through with it.

Why do you guys keep assuming that his plan was only inside the manifesto? If this post is to believed, the very first words were "That bloody bastard Anders Breivik sent his plan to kill people in Oslo and Utoya to more than one thousand recipients one hour and 17 minutes before the first explosion. His deadly spam

Sorry, I don't think that's accurate. The way I read the post, the email detailed the plan for the massacre and it *also* included the 1500 page document as an attachment.

One thousand recipients didn't think to notify the police?

Fair enough. :)

Yeah because it's impossible to install after you buy it.

Way to go flip flopper.

Thanks. I will keep my eye out on deals. I saw that the Zi8 was $80 about a month ago at Office Max. Hopefully with the new Playsport, it'll come down more.

Give me a break Justin. There's a difference between "is it hot?" and "can you stand it?" You remind me of people in the cold states who say things like "I mow my lawn in my boxer shorts and nothing else." That's great. But is it cold, barring all notions of pride? Yes. If I pinched you, you would feel pain but yeah,

Zi8 huh? Thanks for the headsup. Looking for one now just on your recommendation.
