I am 10000% for this. It's not a program that will be abused by jerks who just want to get free stuff like it was grapes. No one who doesn't really want this surgery is going to try to get it.

I think the grossest thing one of my beagles has ever eaten is a pig tail. A literal pig tail, with hair, that he found in my step-dad's backyard (he's a taxidermist). He ate the whole thing and then threw it up. The smell was insanely disgusting.

My girl beagle learned awhile ago not to lick Tabasco sauce. She ran around the room and licked pillows and the carpet for about 10 minutes. Now she smells it and looks at it with pure hatred and turns away.

The YouTube video says beagle. He's definitely not breed standard, but there are plenty of beagles who aren't anymore because people breed for personality instead of the standard.
