You can name a girl a "boy's" name.
I definitely agree. This season has been a disappointment so far and I really hope they can turn it around. I'm also hoping Nathan Fillion will be one of the new episodes, but it hasn't been confirmed yet.
My husband's facial hair is the same. He stopped shaving with a razor years ago because it was insanely expensive and irritated his skin. Now he just cuts it off with a beard trimmer every few weeks and leaves the stubble. In the winter, he grows a full-out wolf beard.
My very favorite thing about email is I check it on my time.

As long as you promise to let me come stay with you when my state goes bye-bye.
I personally know of a couple who got back together after the husband sought counseling. In his case, the anger and violence issues stemmed from PTSD after serving in the Marines. He has really turned his life around and is a wonderful man. So it can work for sure.
At the Social Security office, I put my old last name as my middle name. At the DMV, the lady didn't read my form correctly and left my middle name as-is, so I have two different full names currently because I'm too lazy to go back to the DMV.

You don't have to break conversation for something small like a free refill, but a thank you or a smile goes a really long way. You probably get good service more often than not if you're polite to servers.
I've never had someone send back a sandwich because it had mayo on it. I have had people who hate mayo *ask* before ordering since it's a deal breaker for them.

A waiter usually packages it. Where I worked, the waiter brings the to-go boxes to the cook, takes the filled boxes from the cook, checks the order for accuracy, then packages everything up with utensils, napkins and condiments and gives it to you.
