Yeah, besides a few notable exceptions (GODFATHER/STAR WARS trilogies), the transition from opening titles to closing titles really started gaining momentum around the late-'80s/early-'90s. Off the top of my head, I'm thinking ROBOCOP, DIE HARD 2, and JURASSIC PARK.
