I have large hands and didn’t read the manual for the first couple weeks, so I thought you were supposed to hold it on the sides even to use the stick. I did not “love” that.

I saw Jennifer Coolidge in most of the Christopher Guest movies and thought she was always the funniest part (along with Fred Willard). It was only many years later I learned she got famous for playing Stifler’s mom.
I can see Super Mario 3D World in it, but for some reason it reminded me a lot of Pac Man World for the Gamecube (which I loved). Maybe I just can’t get over the spherical protagonist. I agree, it doesn’t look like a full 3D platformer like Odyssey, but that’s fine with me.

I have been eagerly awaiting Psychonauts 2 for many years, and was fully prepared for it to get the Shenmue 3 treatment: “Yeah, we were excited too at first, but this is only for hardcore superfans.”
I was surprised how much I did NOT enjoy Yooka-Laylee. I am right in the target audience for it. I got maybe halfway through the first level, and nothing about it was fun. Gigantic empty worlds with no sense of progress, and every task is weirdly broken and frustrating. Maybe I’ll try it again someday, but there are…
