It’s the only game in the series I just couldn’t continue playing. Too weird and it lacks charm. I haven’t tried 3 or 5 yet, but I can see myself being attrated to both.

I respect Capcom’s zero tolerance policy and handling of the situation. I also understand Noel’s feelings on the matter, being friendly with her and all, but he shouldn’t ever have thought of inappropriate touching in a public setting, even if it was in jest. I think the organizers and Capcom are making an example out

The only little dated bit about FFVII is some of its samples. The PS1 soundchip doesn’t age as well as 8 and 16 bit music, which is why I’m happy Mr. Uematsu upgraded to external samples for FF8 and 9.

Too bad. I never got around to trying it. I was very curious about the Conker stuff. Was the episodic sequel any good and were there any good user generated Conker stuff?

On one hand, E3 dies more every year. It started with Nintendo, and the rest have followed: everyone’s doing their own press conferences now, multiple times throughout the year. It’s more cost-effective and easier to manage for developers and publishers. So if Nintendo is choosing to focus on Zelda for this year’s E3,

Love this video. Still hate his humor though. I just don’t get why he’s popular, but being humble about it and critiquing this old content is very cool. Respect.

Somebody needs to update this list. Remove one of those generic shooters and put in Lost Odyssey because it’s a masterpiece and one of the few 360 exclusives.

To be honest, I didn’t see what the big deal was with F-Zero. The original was unimpressive to me, the n64 sequel was also okay but not great in my book. F-Zero GX, however, is the game that made me a believer. It’s such an adrenaline rush to play. Its soundtrack is magnificent, arguably some of the best music

Whatever motives or theories behind Hayter’s dissmisal of his role, Kojima acted unprofessionally towards him. It might be jealously as Hayter was not his choice yet proves to be one of the highlights in the series, surpassing his Japanese counterpart. It might also be Kojima’s desire to work with Hollywood talent. It

What a stupid concept for a game. Kinda pointless.

But how do you know for sure that the changes are due to the moral sensibilities of the localization team and not changes to make it more English-friendly? I’ve always known Nintendo to be rather excellent with their localization efforts, so it surprises me that I’m seeing complaints.

Really? Small bits of changes for a ton of text makes this a bad localization? A bad localization is one that’s filled with grammatical and syntax errors, not what you’re defining. Additonally, let’s be honest...the only sure fire and easy way to play the fan translation is to pirate the game, since it’s a more modern

Can someone clue me on why is this team still translating a game that’s already out in English? It’s absolutely pointless, not to mention disrespectful to the developers, to continue a fan-translation project when the English version is already out. I detest the nitpicky group of fans who are calling out Nintendo for

It could be that they’re readying a new Wii U model that will replace the current Wii U, which goes in line with the report that production will decrease or end. More disk space, RAM and NX compatability seem like interesting features to implement.

I wouldn’t be surprised if this is the future of gaming consoles as we know it. Shorter life-spans but a power boost every few years. The issue is that this can’t be the standard. The PS4.5 and Xbox 4K need to be stop-gaps or else the market will be severely fragmented. Unless the console games themselves contain

Looks like someone’s getting fired.

In all my years being part of this awesome community, I have never heard of a developer/publisher as childish and as thick-headed as this one. Using scare tactics like lawsuits and take downs against a YouTuber with an opinion...that has to be a new low. I’m not exactly a fan of Jim’s way of voicing his opinion at

What an absolutely amazing concept. It feels like a very meaningful game because it’s using Hamlet as a base. It might teach a thing or two about Hamlet as I haven’t studied poetry in my neck of the woods. Of course I know of Hamlet, but I don’t know every little detail.

It’s on the Wii Virtual Console. :)
