You are correct sir! By planting your stubborn candy-ass in the far left lane, requiring other drivers to pass you on the right, you’re liable, regardless of their or your speed. If a driver is going with the flow of traffic and must use a more right lane to pass you, you can be ticketed.

Depending on the state, the act of BEING passed by a car on the right can potentially get you ticketed. MOVE OVER. By forcing people to change lanes twice to get around your stubborn ass, you’re causing a greater hazard than just moving over and staying over.
