Hm. Seems nice but oddly slow. Maybe this is because I have more recent memories of playing NieR than FFXIV. I imagine that goes away.

Dang 15 hour paint jobs? That sounds bananas. Kudos to someone that can do that. I don’t understand wanting to watch that process, aside from the finished product, but hey if you want to then I think you should be allowed to stream that.
Bold of them to announce this before the PS4 version releases.
Those survival mechanics really seemed to erect a “NO FUN ZONE” sign on the game’s lawn.
Good. An actual competitor needs to rise so Twitch starts acting right. So many people are tired of how Twitch moderates its community.
It’s the luck of the draw. You have to manually re-subscribe with Twitch prime subs, so assuming the majority of his losses were from that then Ninja just wasn’t streaming the days they had a Twitch Prime to burn and itchy fingers found another person to use it on. Lord knows I bounce my Prime sub around to various…
I’m less convinced this is a game and more convinced it’s just a 3D exploration space of Kojima’s favorite people.
ooo boy that’s pretty blatant.
Oh boy howdy wait till I tell you about Latigo! Imagine having to stand in front of a random set of wanted posters after talking to a random NPC, none of which is marked on the map, to get a character.
There should be a huge “KIND OF” addendum to that title. Like you said later in the article, it’s only high rank armor AND you have to farm materials from the guiding lands to make them. In other words you can’t just use any armor piece you already have. In TRUE Monster Hunter fashion: they’re making this as obtuse…
Jesus finally. The thing I’ve been wanting since MHW came out. Fine I’ll buy Iceborne now.
I know this won’t matter to Blizzard, as I’m not a girth of Chinese patrons, but this decision is the sole reason I’ll be returning to FFXIV instead of WoW Classic. I have family in Hong Kong this is a scary time.
Seems... hm. Ya know ever since Demon Slayer came out recently I’ve learned not to really pass on anything till I check the first episode out. Not really sure what’s going to stick yet, though.
That was a cool thing she did for her fans. Out of all the disastrous things that happened at Twitchcon amid the sea of hotel streams and unsupervised beer: it was nice to see something like this.
Thank you Brian this was a fantastic read. I’m also interested in how CG will change the anime landscape as it becomes more popular and improves. We’re definitely in an age where the awful CG really stands out but we’re starting to get a few winners.
That’s legit really cool. Love hearing about how different industry figures enjoy their time off and especially games. Makes me want to give the easier games more of a shot.
Hey man whatever works for them and their team. The unfortunate truth about this is that, since I’m waiting for a possible Steam release (or let’s be real a Game Pass addition at this rate): by the time it releases on my digital platform of choice it might either be discounted or I just may have no interest anymore.…
You say that like it’s logical, but we’re all very aware that people exist in this world that think the entire project hinges on them and their contributions. That the world would crumble if they left tomorrow. It’s not that far fetched to assume this of Kojima given how he slaps his name on the games.
Trying to derail this article by saying Infinite is a bad game, huh Grayson?
I’m 100% willing to give this a chance since the devs actually acknowledged how much of a jump this is and are willing to backtrack if this completely fails. Good on them I like that kind of willingness to be experimental but know when to change course.
