So this seems like as good a place as any to mention this… I clicked on a video last night that was Katy Perry doing carpool karaoke with James Corden and the headline said that Katy would explain the Taylor Swift feud and my morbid curiosity just got the better of me and I actually watched like 3 minutes of it. I had

Psycho Killer - Talking Heads

Omg that Instagram video is too funny. Laughing too hard at work. Not good.

Well fuck.

Some good stuff in that playlist, and thank gawd for college radio stations.

I'm liking the Joan Shelley. You might check out the new album by Faye Webster. Different sound but if you're into the folk genre as sung by ladies with pretty voices, you might like it.

I'm going to have to check that out.

She's on my list of someone I need to listen to more but never really have save a song or two that I couldn't even name. I should get on that too.

Man that album opened up worlds for me. That Tove Styrke one is good! Any kind of danceable electropop like that will usually be alright by me, but I really like that one. I'll have to check out her other stuff.

Don't I know it!

Some really good singles out this week:

*Starts slow clap in hopes that it turns into standing ovation*

Soooo…. Charli XCX is in the habit of addressing her followers on Twitter and Instagram as Angels, and, I am embarrassed to admit, I never got the reference until just now. I'm going to go sit in the corner now.

You wanna know the effect she has on people?
