I've actually been meaning to listen to Oracular Spectacular to see how it holds up. I still think Time to Pretend, Electric Feel, and Kids are phenomenal. The rest… I can't really remember.
I assume you're only familiar with the disgusting store bought stuff that can somehow remain stable for years at room temperature, cause real ranch is awesome.
This is pretty random except for your point that Deadspin has good writing and reminding me I should read it more.
You're welcome!
I agree about both Haim and mayonnaise.
YOU TWO WITH THE ALL CAPS. YOU'VE BEEN YELLING AT EACHOTHER ALL MORNING.
It's a good song but TBH I'm more into her dancing in the video than anything.
Good stuff! Yeah I saw that they seemed to be frequent collaborators but didn't know he produced her stuff as well. I need to listen to the stuff they've released together under HUS. I've mostly listened to the stuff that she released as solo work.
Mura Masa just had a song with Charli XCX that I like. Only thing I've heard by him though.

I've had discussions with women about gender relations, and somehow they refrained from just telling me to shut the fuck up the whole time. In fact, dare I say, it was a conversation between…
Ok, a couple things. I reject the notion on principle that a man can't criticize a woman's 'feminism,' especially of the commercialized sort, as being superficial or insipid if such it is. Whether the criticism is valid depends on the basis for which the criticism is offered and the case made, not whether it's a man…
I feel like anyone who thinks he was over the top with the hate or didn't give good enough reasons didn't watch that No video. The thing speaks for itself.
No I was referring to his calling the cancellation of student debt through quantitative easing a "non-starter" and painting the idea itself as somehow moronic or obtuse. Like I said, well beyond criticizing her as a candidate.
Whenever I see anything to do with Meghan Trainor, I always think about this and have a good laugh:
