Can I lay my head against yours so the bullet gets us both with one shot? Seriously, why do we need this? Did someone ask for this? Their overall goofy kiddy level fun as they kick ass Is what makes the show a success. They don’t need the “real world” In their world.
I rarely literally laugh out loud when listening to or watching something by myself anymore. But this show, man. It gets me. Maria Bamford has me in tears nearly every episode.

I co-sign with these two guys, and here is my contribution. I also watched a couple of seasons of Silicon Valley before Middleditch was on CBB and I realized he could be hysterically funny when unleashed. I’ve seen them live twice, too, both great shows.

If you’ve never heard his appearances on Comedy Bang Bang, this clip might change your mind. He really hasn’t found a TV show or movie yet that showcases just how comically talented he is.

UPROOTED is a much better pick for Naomi. It has a stronger parallels to GOT, is more brutal and, to me, better paced and a cut above Spinning Silver.
The key is to ask for blurbs from people not normally tasked with writing them. Stay away from other authors!
