I got "Craft All Items" in my first playthrough without any problems, again, pre-patch. Since the patch, nothing has unlocked for me and I've done enough to earn 6 trophies.

When they did 1.01 patch, things started getting screwy. I'd be down for some single-player DLC to fill in some time gaps. There's a LOT of story from the prologue to the start of the "game" that can be used as story advancement.

I've already played through TLoU twice now (Normal and Normal+) and it is a great experience, and I'm still going to play through at least twice more (Survivor and Survivor+).
