'A rat'?

Well, they did OK with Mozambique, Cuba and Vietnam though.

I also enjoy when Archer meets other people 'outside the loop' who then have to learn how to deal with this titanic crassness.

"Didn't anyone realize Russia in no way could have even afforded "taking over"  America"

I love how American lefties get on their high horse about the HUAC, McCarthy and the Hollywood Ten. Can you please remember:

So you prefer Stalin more?
Get a sense of proportion.

I just don't think an 'El Camino' is right for Archer. I know that it's supposed to reflect his affinity for Burt Reynolds but Archer is far more Napoleon Solo than Gator.

"I could do without the “Ray will sexually assault you if you pass out” gags. They’re just kind of dumb and playing off unnecessary stereotypes."

Either Barry.

I am enjoying this season more than the previous season. But I would like to see a little more spy-ey stuff and I don't mind if they downplay some of the office-based characters while they get those stories done.

The reason I don't like the Katya-Barry coupling is that those two break the main premise of the show - which is that Archer, however horrible and irresponsible he is, always wins, even if only by fluke. And these two character break that rule.

This show is beautifully acted, mostly well written and moves at a glacially slow pace. People mistake its speed for 'seriousness'.

I just read the title and got "…wasn’t so white or so conservative" and said to myself: oh god, another wank fantasy by Rabin.

I absolutely agree. Unfuckingwatchable.

So bad it made me angry. What the fuck is going wrong behind the scenes?

Yes, I've come here specifically to persecute you, kid.

You like the magical black man, do you?

This show is going to kill itself with its pace problems. It's deliberately moving at a glacial speed in order to round out the characters and give the situations dimension. The problem is, nothing happens! The BBC series, on the other hand, got the whole thing done in four episodes at a rip-roaring pace led by a

And Bill Murray as the comedy black servant.

A short review, up to the wordcount and no more, and not very good either. Can't you fix the typos once it's up?
