What the fuck is wrong with you? You know your grandparents stormed the beaches at Omaha and Guadalcanal, don't you?

"American TV comedy nowadays tends not to be ironic or satirical. There is a wish to make it homey and cozy. When I was talking to a network about turning [my show] into an American series, I was asked if I could put a kid into it"

Is there anything in your life that give you more excitement? Has there ever been?

If he doesn't like torture, why did inflict seven seasons of the West Wing?

Some flashes of happy Alice too.

If you think that confusing "legitimate" with "credible" can be "defended with logic or justification", you're a bell-ended, keyboard-mashing mongoloid.

You seem to think that 'legitimate' means the same as 'credible'. I'm afraid it doesn't.

A simple 'no, I don't' would have done.

Shut up, troglodyte.

"…in fashionable downtown London."In London, 'downtown' is not fashionable.

What are you talking about? We British took our *three* beaches in Normandy in four hours without any help while you Americans were wallowing about in fear, trying to find someone to surrender to for two days in your *two* beaches until the RAF carpet-bombed every motherfucking living thing in front of you. You know?,

You obviously don't understand what 'subjective', 'legitimate' or 'best' means. These are pretty simple words. Do you have no college at all?

I must admit that somehow I thought the funniest bits of this episode were created by or focused on everyone except the protagonists, I'd willingly see a show about Alice and Gillian running a hellish telemarketing office without the three idiots always in play. Perhaps they could be killed in a car accident or a meth

It did get progressively weaker and more tired towards the end of the final series, simply because the protagonist didn't have any further or higher to go.

I'm sorry, this thread is not for pinheads. Thank you.

Really? We didn't see many of you in Berlin in '45.

You mean like Tina Fey? Isn't she an American?

For goodness sake, she wasn't a racist. She just didn't like Jews, and that hardly counts as racism on the American left any more.

Be funnier.

"one of the handful of people with a legitimate claim to the best director of his generation"They can't all be 'legitimate' then, can they? Cretin.
