Biggest takeaway: The Duggars are rich enough to own a private plane.

Because with a new name, we can pretend it’s not an antiquated concept.

Unless someone has come up with Asshole Rehab it wouldn’t do Josh Duggar much good anyway...

You mean the eyeliner that’s coming between you and God?

I’m a feminist who is constantly talking about the patriarchy and sexist ideas of acceptable femininity. . . but this would piss me right off.

As you watch the trailer, keep your eyes peeled for a flash of shirtless Fassbender.

Benton’s Snail Bee Essence is great, but the weak preservatives in it make it fragile and prone to spoiling quickly. I recently replaced my Benton essence with Cosrx’s Snail Mucin Power Essence and I love it. It comes in a huge bottle too so it’s a great value.

You keep using “hillbilly” ... Quite a few studies have determined that privilege and breastfeeding go pretty much hand in hand. As others have noted, it also falls within WHO regulations.

I like that you say “to each their own.” I’m not down with the “growing teeth is nature’s way of saying it’s time for solids.” That is a line often trotted out to shame breastfeeding mothers, which is way harsh, Tai.

1. “Hillbilly” is a cutesy word you are using to make fun of low-income folks, and/or folks with limited access to education. It’s gross. Please stop it.
2. No one is saying the kid shouldn’t have been in a carseat. Of course (s)he should have been. What people are objecting to is you insuiating that breastfeeding a 2

You didn’t specify “while driving.” Driving while breastfeeding a kid (of any age) is totally unsafe and reprehensible. Breastfeeding a 2-year-old (under safe conditions, i.e. not driving or operating machinery) is 1) normal and healthy, and 2) more popular among upper middle class white women than among actual

Listen, this mother was stupid for driving and breastfeeding at the same time, but extended nursing is not “hillbilly” nor is it delaying children from progressing to the next stage in life. Plenty of evidence supports breastfeeding children past infancy, it’s not that uncommon nor is it detrimental to the child: http:

WHO recommends breastfeeding until at least 2 years of age. It’s hardly a “hillbilly” thing.

Thank you for mentioning the WHO recommendation. People seem to ignore or be ignorant of that information.

My son is 16 months and still nursing. I’d like to go to two, that’s what the WHO recommends and I feel it’s a good age to go until for us. However, I am 5 months pregnant and my supply isn’t really very good right now, so we’ll see what happens. Most children will wean themselves by around 3.

World Health Organization recommends nursing until 2. Our aversion to toddlers being nursed is entirely cultural.

Nitpick:

Yeah I tried to do the courthouse thing and my hubs shot that idea down with prejudice.
