I think salad is just a mixture of things- garden salad, chef salad, ham salad, seafood salad, ramen salad... back in the 50's stuff made with Jello was considered a “salad”... and some of that stuff just ain’t right.

Yeah Toyota perfected this with the kanban system, each manufacturing unit would “pull” components/assemblies from inventory as they were needed, instead of “pushing” components down the production line to meet a manufacturing quota. Prevents backlogs and waste, as well as promotes quality control.

Hadn’t heard the oxygen trick but overloading on B-vitamins and water before bed or when you wake up has worked for some- A bar I used to work at had these “hangover cure” shots which were B and D vitamins, the liquor rep had given us a pack to test out.
