So basically you are against non-utilitarian design items in homes? Because there is a subfloor under the carpet/floor that will hold things up just fine and if you don’t add granite, there is still a piece of plywood to use as your counters.
Weird, my family got $10K for their large barn. With that deal though, they take what they want and leave whatever they don’t and you clean up the mess.
