I have to disagree. Neutrogena made my lips a dry mess. I prefer Hempz Ultra moisturizing herbal balm. Something about the hemp seed oil just works. And I’m black, so I have been through some moisturizers.

YYYYYEEEEEEESSSSSSSS...................6 years on the hourly balm, went cold turkey freshamn year of college.......cracked lips for 3 months. This stuff is like china white with a meth wrapper.

I was just going to write about Aveeno Lip Balm and how similar it was to Neutrogena Naturals, but it looks like they discontinued the product. In fact, even my searches for it redirected to Neutrogena Naturals. Amazing stuff. Definitely my favorite.
