Yeah it's a shame they stopped making them :( The last version of it which had oilcooled pistons was probably one of the best engines ever made; great performance, somewhat good mpg and above all else; SUPER ULTRA RELIABLE!

Personally I think that the 850 looks horrible with all its (#shivers) rounded edges...
Yes but that thing isn't built like a tank and more importantly; IT AIN'T RWD!
I posted this the other day on QOTD; cutest car? but strangely enough it didn't even get mentioned :P
Actually I think It's "Sir" Patrick Stewart...
Exactly my point! Thank you!
Not to sound like an asshat or anything but I couldn't care less what famous actors do in their private life, instead I just associate them with the characters they play in their movies. In this instance; IT WOULDN'T BE MAD MAX WITHOUT MEL GIBSON!
That was ridiculously awesome! Now just add Mel Gibson and his Ford Falcon Interceptor and this movie is going to be perfect no matter what!!!
But it's an empty market! They don't even have to be fast, just make them cheap and RWD, kind of like the old 3 series and volvo 240's. I think even though the market isn't that big, people will still buy the car since it's our only REAL option (I've promised myself to never buy a new FWD car).
Yeah yeah I hear ya! I'm a student myself and I've been saving up for a muscle car for a very long time. Finally bought a "running" 76 Firebird for a "relatively" cheap price and have been working on it ever since (I don't say original restoration cause that just ain't the way I roll!). It feels great to have…
Truly one of the most underrated engines in history
Love the C3, however this is sadly a CP. I mean com'n if you can get the hardtop version (which is 10x cooler BTW) in similar condition for about half the price, you should know you're doing something wrong.
