That is indeed true however China has been in a rather "violent" stage of the industrialization for some good 30 years now, you'd think they would have started getting the hang of it by now but no, the pollution just keeps growing and growing.

Now AS a car person I don't actually like that they are one of the bigger economy's especially when it comes to the automotive industry. Being that there are a lot of Chinese people buying cars right now, they also have the opportunity to control how the automotive industry shall evolve and I feel that they're leading

Sometimes I wonder I the world was a better place before China was "industrialized". I mean come on everyone there was riding bikes and the air was fresh and people were both happy and healthy and stuff like that. Meanwhile in our western society we still had a more jobs in the industry sector because a lot of things

FWD more fun in snow? Typical Saab owner comment//volvo owner

Well... there goes the last positive thing about living in europe... what's the easiest way to get into the US? :P

It's hard to drive motorcycles in the snow so there aren't many of those. As for Priuses there are surprisingly few, really the only one's I can think of are company cars bought in because the company wanted to look "hip".

Dammit! You guys always seem to be one notch above us in every possible category, ex; gas prices, number of famous rally drivers, colder weather and so on.

Yup it's an unfair world we live in, however I should note that "regular" for us is 95 octane. Higher octane levels aren't "that" much more expensive really, 98 comes in around 2.20/L and 100 octane is about 2.25/L .

Phhff! Only 1,20/L! Here in Sweden we pay 2.15/L for regular! Enjoy YOUR cheap gas remaining at a reasonably cheap level.

Maybe I expressed myself poorly, what and meant was that a full rollcage usually doesn't have the X on the roof part (as you can see in the picture), not even your precious track-only GT3RS has it :P, which is what I imaged you would hurt your head on if your were in fact to roll the car.

True but a cage doesn't usually cover the hole roof area, just the sides. And people usually have the decency to put those foam tubes on those more dangerous parts of the cage.

What?! why would he need a helmet? Do you wear a helmet when you go for some hoon-driving in your regular car without a cage? A cage isn't only for safety you know, it helps stiffening up the chassis and stuff.

Cars that come into mind fairly quickly are; (and yes a checked their prices and not only the worst example of that specific car model)

Apparently they're really cheap over here, here's a decent looking exampled on the swedish craigslist for just 2500 dollars

What?! I had no idea about that! :P Guess you learn something new everyday...

Sadly CP I can think of a dozen of RWD cars that gives you a lot more bang for your buck. We all know this car is just famous because of "that thing". If it wasn't for it I don't think it would've cost nearly as much as it does, if you think about, the car isn't even that good looking.

Pffhh! easily the Cannonball Run. I mean what other race series has you doing things like; escaping from the police, jumping a lake with a Lambo and let's not forget driving a jumbo jet without wings down the highway! I think that seems pretty hard to top.

Definitely doable if you think about it, spherical magnetic wheels with a magnetic wheelhouse around it that is floating ever so slightly on a magnetic road. Rotation and steering would be controlled with some electrical pulses from the wheelhouse. Best part? Much less drivetrain parts in the car that can become

Waaaait what?! Did this just happened?!!!
