I think her writing is very fear-based. It is, to me, rooted in “we’re all doomed unless we do something RIGHT NOW and even then, it’s probably too late.” It’s a theme that permeates her articles.
I don’t feel Maddie or her writing is fear based. My real concern is why we continue to insure and support homeowners that build in these types of locations.
