Look, I grew up around a lot of uneducated, ignorant people. This is just how they speak. Always hyperbole. Always phrasing things in confusing or inaccurate terms. Always blustery. Always ridiculous.

This right here. I have no problem with electric cars taking over. It’s inevitable, but that doesn’t mean I can’t have my own reservations about them.

Driving manuals makes this a lot more intuitive.  If you’re at 3-4k RPM and take your foot all the way off the gas it will rapidly slow down as well.  I think the adjustment from dailying a manual to an EV with regen is more natural, as EVs behave in many ways like a manual always at a fairly high RPM.

Will it have leather-lined vents and cupholders?
