Hung Jury is still the PvE winner IMHO, at least versus any of the vendor rolls.

I use the new Dead Orbit scout that’s basically the same. Slower rate of fire but higher impact almost identical perks. Slaughters in 3 shots in pvp and smashes bosses when you land consecutive crits. Still doesn’t one shot vandals sometimes though which is annoying.

Not sure about light level requirement, but as far as levels, you’re required to be at 40 to start.

It’s not the reviews so much as the review score aggregate. Just like Rotten Tomatoes will influence whether or not a portion of the audience go to see a movie in the theaters, those review scores influence whether or not a portion of the population will be willing to purchase a game off of steam and dump their time…
