This is why games need to bring back cheat codes. There's no reason why people like you shouldn't be able to bypass the durability or have infinite health or whatever. It's just a game.

We... have no idea.  I mean, a cheerleader who said fuck outside of school.  This should not have even raised the eyebrows of anyone who’s met a teenager, but these people clutched their damn pearls all the way to the supreme court for this pointless exercise.  There’s no excuse for any of it.

Clarence Thomas was the dissenting judge(my money was on Kavanaugh!). His basic argument was that because she was a cheerleader she had a greater influence on and potential to harm extracurricular groups. He says a normal student would have been fine in a similar circumstance.

This story has the feel of some principal or other high end school administrator happily escalating things on a power trip just because they don’t have to pay the legal costs. The goal was never to protect the sanctity of the learning process, it was to win an argument with a (then) child.

I’d want a Dreamcast just to pirate. Marvel VS Capcom is WAY too expensive for what it is EVERYWHERE! If I’ve gotta go an “illegal” route, then I’d at least have the best version.

As someone else said, people can have their viewpoints. We’re also still allowed to criticize them for it.

I actually checked it out and you’re not wrong. I’m more of a “buy new so I know it works and it’s mine” kinda person though. I really appreciate the advice though.

I just wish/hope that more of them hew closer to the L4D formula and avoid classes/character abilities (for the protagonists, anyway), and definitely avoid any sort of level grind nonsense. L4D is still playable because of its simplicity. Don’t gild the lily.

I skipped on the Mario one because for the cost I couldn’t see myself playing the original Mario Bros. enough to merit it.  But the fact that this has three games and I’m just a bigger Zelda fan than Mario it has my interest.

A signing bonus is a nice start towards moving these jobs to be closer to corporate America’s pay. Would be nice to see them start to work in annual bonuses based on goals as well and to remove the artificially low minimum tip/cash wage credits so businesses can’t rely on customers to pay their employees for them…

Probably cheaper to purchase the rights than to pay defense attorneys in the inevitable copyright lawsuit and then also pay for the judgment when you’re found liable.
