yeah having just rewatched AoU (and feeling much more positively about it than when it first came out! It’s a good movie!) its hard to deny that the popular fan interpretation of that scene and dialogue really is just how the scene is written. It puts a bizarre intense focus on Nat’s inability to have kids

Leaving beyond all sony/marvel considerations...it just seems like it would be really sad, narratively, if these characters ended up in another dimension. 

I think there’s a real problem with how these public narratives are shaped. Allen definitely wasn’t forgiven by the public, we were simply told he wasn’t a creepy pedophile and that hollywood loved him

I think he did a great job as Batman and I’m bummed we’re not getting his solo film. Nothing against Gadot but btween The Fast Films, BvS, JL and the two WW movies we’ve gotten, the nicest way I could describe her acting is “xanned out”

Hard agree. Am I sympathetic to Snyder because of what his family went through? Absolutely. But everything in that article is damage control. The studio should’ve steped in as soon as he handed major roles to attractive, but severely underwhelming actors
