I’d check out Las Americas if you’re in the mood for mexican, Korea House if you want Korean food, Huang Tofu if you want Banh Mi (there’s also a very good mexican restaurant across the street from it) VN Pho has amazing pho

Personally I’d say bolton’s is almost too hot. it’s unpleasant to eat (unless you like that)

Bolton’s makes the most unpleasantly unpaltable hot chicken in Nashville. Prince’s really does make the best, but Helen’s, 400 Degrees and BJ’s also make very good hot chicken (hattie b’s is fucking trash for the tourists - they can’t even get orders right on a non busy day)

oh man. I use mine to make pho all the time and it truly has changed my life. I can make a bowl about comparable to the so-so places around here that really hits the spot once you load it up
