I can't imagine Ford would add ~70HP to the Focus without increasing rotor diameter, along with multiple-piston calipers and more aggressive pads. IIRC Brembo did the brakes for the RS so I'd imagine they have it figured out.
Think it just looks like that because of how big the rims are. Must be 19's or even 20's on the RS since the space between the rim and rotor looks bigger than the ST's even though the RS's rotors will have a larger diameter.
