I have no problem with your critique of my post. But Takeout didn’t do a story on the problems you cited. They dedicated precious pixels to the plight of cheap fast food companies.

Conundrum: How can we maintain the viability of an industry which makes it’s money selling shitty, unhealthy food to an ever-increasingly unhealthy America (which drives up everybody’s healthcare costs) while paying its workers poverty wages (which makes them dependent on safety-net benefits to get by?)

I am saddened by this loss. Jessi had endured years of pain from injuries associated with her dedication to learning, teaching, daring and doing in the automotive world. Every gear head’s universe has been diminished with her departure.
