Well it starts off with confusion as to what a ford is and are not just flooded roads but un-bridged sections that vehicles, etc... have traversed for centuries.

‘oil-covered’.

Some of these fords date back centuries.

While Dr Gordon may be talking about flooded roads, this isn’t a flooded road (though it can be susceptible to higher periods of water flow). This is a ford which usually has a pedestrian bridge on one side or a low weight capacity bridge next to it for cars to go over, while buses and trucks ford through the well,

We can trust you with the beer, it’s the tea we don’t trust you with. Lol.

I’ve always loved these cars.

Since the end of April, it’s been expected we’ll run out of beer. Some breweries are rationing supplies to pubs.

That’s the thing, you guys have a similar society. Your police, fire, libraries, etc... are paid through taxes, so why not healthcare.

Ye’, we get it a lot, ‘but it’s not free’. As if spending $500 a month (plus out of pocket fees) is equal to paying $200 for the whole year (with no out of pocket fees other than prescriptions which within certain categories are free).

But it’s simply a case of spending a dollar wisely, to save spending $50 stupidly to then have to spend $100 when you go to use that thing you paid $50 for.

Ye’, go in to hospital for a semi serious injury, then have to go back in because you got the bill and had a heart attack after seeing the amount.

That 3k covers you for 5 years too.

It’s free at point of use. You pay via taxes called National Insurance, a percentage of that goes to healthcare.

There is a thing with some coming to the U.K. and getting care and going home and saying they got free healthcare in the U.K. isn’t it good!? The thing is unless it’s emergency treatment, those tourists should pay, but they usually fly home and the NHS rarely pursues it.

There was a video done in New York, looking at some around 30 year old.

But so many still argue it’s the best way and paying for healthcare through taxes is ‘socialist’, but at the same time have no problems paying for the other emergency services such as police and fire through taxes.

I've always said if I was in the U.S., medivac me back to the U.K., hell, stick me in first class on the next flight home.

All the ambulance stuff in the U.S. is crazy to me. In the U.K. even an air ambulance is free.
