Not so much a correction but a pointer as cars keep holding different names in different countries. (Ie Ford Mondeo/Fusion, Toyota Auris/Corolla, etc...).

It along with it's identical SEAT and Ford sibling just weren't inspiring, yes they were quite popular because MPVs were becoming more of a thing but there still wasn't much choice. Other car companies were joining forces to make MPVs just as Ford and VW did, so there was a few badges, but not as many different cars.
