I have brown when it’s a bacon buttie, ketchup when it’s a bacon and egg buttie.
Scotch eggs are amazing served with salad cream or brown sauce.
You’ll know now that bangers are sausages though. Bangers got there name from the second world war in that meat was rationed, so to fill out the sausages a little more water was added. When frying them (as sausages should be), they would go bang.
