I really need to give credit to Day for delivering very solid ‘Ruby Rose as Kate Kane’ she clearly did her homework.

The TVA reveal is no big surprise and this is almost certainly one of Sylvie’s illusions so the real question is: What is she trying to get out of him? 

Honestly I don’t mind the Chuck/Allegra romance pairing. They have decent chemistry and it’s honestly more interesting than pretty much anything else they’ve done with her. Which is an unfortunate matter in its own right. Even in an episode focused on her she and Ultraviolet were bland and forgettable. 

I know it likely wouldn’t grab an audience big enough to sell but I honestly would have watched a Clark and Lois series with these two even without the Super-stuff. They’re amazing together. 

Ugh pandemic or not most of these were quality of life improvements and made the game better and easier for those with mobility issues or just busy lives that don’t allow combining playing with transit time.

Hardly their best finale but solid and fun and that’s all I really ask for.

Alt!Nate’s Constantine was great but not as great as Zari’s reaction to it. 

It might feel weird to tip large on a small bill but if they did the same work serving you, and they did it well, you should still be putting down at least a few dollars for them.

Ravonna’s ‘other analyst’ is definitely another Loki if not ‘Lady Loki’ (looks and feels more like The Enchantress to me but maybe that’s a red herring). 

I will never understand this approach from studios. As little faith as I sometimes have in humanity I know people are still smart enough to distinguish that there can be multiple versions of a character in existence at the same time. Lego Batman isn’t going to woefully confuse people who wanted more of live action…

Nah you’re validated. I don’t mind the foot-adjacent aspect of their funk but it’s definitely there.

I mean Sara’s died before and most of her scars are more metaphorical and mental than physical anyway. She’s not going to be thrown off by having a fresh new body - at least not for long. 

Supply and demand sadly. They sold off most of their fleets at the end of the tourist season/start of the pandemic (normal practice) but now with the shortages in everything, including cars, they can’t refill the fleets as fast as they normally would. 

Yep a great solid start. Loved the random drawer filled with Infinity Stones - makes total sense for the TVA and was a great way to hit Loki with ‘wait, yeah, maybe these people are as big a deal as they say’.

His old British stuff made him seem fairly likable if tough but either that was toned down from reality or he’s grown into his persona because, yeah, he just comes across as pure asshole on camera and off now.

Yeah that definitely threw me and made me think something got cut somewhere. It was obvious they were giving out Kryptonian powers (though it originally seemed like only one power per person) but at no point did it seem like they were getting a Kryptonian ‘upload’. 

I knew *something* was up from the start because even Dan’s luck is only so bad. I didn’t think ‘Lucifer Prank’ until around the time of the Russians as well. 

I’m honestly surprised it took five seasons for Squirrel Nut Zippers to be used for the show.
