I’ve always liked the Soul but man, that pricing. Why get the turbo when you can get a base GTI?

After scraping the front bumper of my stock ride height car for the third goddamn time entering a parking lot I began to understand the appeal of crossovers.

The latest version of CUE is essentially identical to the new Chevy/GMC/Buick system apart from the color scheme so I’d expect to see an improvement in that regard in the future.

I’m still a bit shocked that VW isn’t sending this to the US in some form. I guess they think it’s too racy for us, because this is almost certainly what we’re getting instead:

Minis make much more sense at the lower end. A basic Cooper or Cooper S isn’t too bad a value, but once you cross the $30k threshold it gets hard to justify.

Curiously, while I prefer the basic design of the CTS to the ATS, I think I actually like the looks of the ATS-V more than the CTS-V.
